Minotaurs

Origins: Unknown
Languages: Common
Life Expectancy: Unknown
Religion: Unknown
Status: Unknown

Throughout time, the Minotaur has been looked at as a creature that is mighty and terrible to face, which few men have survived battle with. They are a mixture of the blood of the powerful bull and the average man. Their heads are large and have no humanity in them, appearing just like a bull with long and deadly horns, eyes that are rarely pupiled, and nostrils that are often pierced to show pride for the Minotaur people. The torso is that of a muscular human, with arms and hands included. The legs though, are covered in fur that ranges from brown to black, and even the rare white. The feet are replaced with hooves that can be both an aid and a hindrance. In the past, these creatures have been enslaved, their intelligence thought falsely to be low and worthless. They were used for their strength and great stamina, and to this day, there are many minotaur slaves who still work without any choice. Some Minotaurs were integrated into mainstream society mainly by becoming mercenaries, with some even becoming wealthy.

Although it is true that their knowledge and basic intelligence is below that of an average Human, the Minotaur is not so unsmart as to not know the simple things, like when to flee when the odds are against them (even though they tend to fight until their hatred has taken every opponent) and even how to speak the Common language known throughout the worlds. Most of the Scholars agree that if a Minotaur seeks an adventurous path, the Way of the Warrior is most fit for their future.
