History: Not much is known about the mysterious Khiakuan Ambassador named Eveshen. He tends to keep to himself, helping the Meheri whenever they need aid. It is said that back in the beautiful Khiakuan city of Tar'Jahar nestled in the dark, icy Planar Wastes, Eveshen lost his wife to a band of rogue Frost Giants. No one on the Material Plane really knows but Eveshen himself, though he chooses to keep his past secret
