Most Common Appearance: Hair tied back into a loose ponytail (not braided), black t-shirt, which on the front reads "Centennial" with "Persis" in small letters beneath it, and a Celtic design below that. The back is a circular Celtic design with the words "Those Who Believe Will Excel..." printed in the foreground of the design. He wears black jeans, with holes in both knees. He is slim, not particularly muscular
Job: Lieutenant Colonel, and second in command of the Republic of Crystalia army

Armour: Crystal Armor (Enchanted), Crystal Helmet
Accessories: ManaTex Duelist Armlet, Crystalia's set of Chaos Emeralds (usually embedded into the Crystal Helmet)
Special abilities: Uses all types of magic, and is good at crafting his own. Also, has many other forms
Brief Explanation of Each of his Forms:
Sapphire Tobias: This is Tobias' true form as a Crystalian. In this form, anything which happens to him that cannot heal by natural processes (such as an amputated limb) can never be healed, and will be mirrored in every one of his other forms. The scar over Tobias' left eye is proof of this. Because of this, he remains in his impure, or completely human-like form most of the time. However, this form is very strong. His eyes are a deeper blue than normal, and his hair is a light blue. His voice also changes slightly
Chaotic: Utilizes the natural energy of the Crystalian soul, Chaos Energy. Hair becomes bright golden, and his eyes fade to a cold grey. He can reach this form with no special motivation
Chaotic, Level Two (Chaotic-CC2): Hair gets very long and remains golden. His eyes, still mostly grey, regain some slight flecks of their natural blue. Usually can only reach this form with an emotional need, or extreme anger
Apocolyptic: The third level of Chaotic. The energy around him is so intense that he can focus slightly to cause a distortion field around himself which can entrap or stop anything within it. Hair is same as CC2, but his eyes become silver, with blue flecks. This form can only be reached through extreme emotional trauma, or pure rage
Dark: The corneas of his eyes become black, and his hair does the same. Utilizes energy which draws from darkness, but he is not evil. It is usually brought forth by sadness, depression or anger
Prism Angel: One of the five Children of the Apocolypse, Tobias has the ability to become the Prism Angel. He has no elemental property like the rest of the angels, but has the ability to manipulate all elements to a degree. No emotions needed to transform. The only difference between this form and his regular form is the white wings
Chaotic Prism Angel: Prism Angel in Chaotic form. The same form as Chaotic Tobias, with white wings
CC2 Prism Angel: Prism Angel in second level Chaotic form. Again, the same as Chaotic-CC2 Tobias, with wings
Apocoplyptic Prism Angel: You get the idea
Dark Prism Angel: This form is slightly different than Dark Tobias. For starters, the angel wings he has in this form are black. This form is extremely powerful, but at times can be cold and heartless

General notes: His sword is enchanted with the spirit of his deceased Grandfather, Robert Pierce. Also, while the Chaos Emeralds will remain, expect the name to change soon, as I am writing a book, possibly multiple books about Tobias and the other Children of the Apocolypse, and using "Chaos Emeralds" would be copyright infringement

The concept of ManaTex belongs to a friend of mine. It uses cards to cast magic spells and summon creatures
However, many cards used by Tobias through the ManaTex belong to Wizards of the Coast (The Magic: The Gathering TCG), or to Konami/Upper Deck (The Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG)
The spells and abilites he uses are taken from many places. There are too many to mention, however they are taken collectively from M:TG, Slayers, Final Fantasy & other Squaresoft games, and many other places
